CRM + ERP Platform

The client needed a single system to replace the multiple SaaS tools they were using for daily operations.

We designed and developed a CRM and ERP platform using Laravel and FilamentPHP, tailored to their workflows. The platform covers lead management, project tracking, timesheets, invoicing, and subcontractor management.

Each user group — admins, employees, and subcontractors — has a custom dashboard, showing only the information they need.
Invoices and proposals are generated automatically as branded PDFs, reducing manual work and errors.

The system was built with a modular structure, making it easy to expand with new features like an HR panel and a mobile app.
